Application Guidelines

In order to live at American Heartland Homes, you need to qualify and complete an application. There is a $35 non-refundable application fee for each adult family member (18+), payable by money order ONLY and must be attached to the application when it is submitted to the office. No cash or checks accepted.

To be considered for our community, please print the application linked below, complete it and return the original in person or by mail with the application fee. We will then add your name to our waiting list.

American Heartland Homes is opening its one (1) Bedroom Wait List to income qualified applicants that have:

For a 1 person household, a minimum annual income requirement of $6,945 not to exceed maximum annual income of $13,890.

For a 2 person household, a minimum annual income requirement of $7,935 not to exceed maximum annual income of $15,870.

Water, sewer, and trash pickup are all included utilities.

ONLY upcoming availability:

• 3 bedroom voucher units
• 3 bedroom full market rent units

Our waiting list is open and we encourage everyone to apply. The waiting list changes daily.

Applications will not be accepted or processed if your household income is not within these income restrictions.
